Full-Time Receptionist required for West Wood Club, Clontarf

We are looking for individuals who have a passion for the health and fitness industry, are friendly, reliable, and have an outgoing personality, who will deliver excellent customer service to our members and guests.
Person Specification:
This is a full-time contract. The suitable candidate must be flexible and available to work shift work including early mornings, late evenings, weekdays, and weekends.
1. Must be available to work 40 hours per week. Flexible schedule.
2. No less than one year’s relevant experience.
3. Be able to assist in the smooth running of the front of house desk during your shift.
4. Must be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service.
5. Greet all members and guests in a professional, friendly manner and handle all queries and bookings either face-to-face or by phone.
6. Ensure all cash, change, floats, and till procedures are carried out in accordance with the company’s policy.
7. The ability to work under pressure and multitask in a timely manner.
8. Be smartly presented, honest, and reliable.
The ideal candidate must be able to handle a busy working environment on weekends and some days during the week. Previous experience is not essential but is preferred.
Westwood Club is a premium health club with over 35,000 members across six locations. Clontarf is the largest club, handling queries related to:

Your role as a receptionist will be to assist members with their queries and potential prospects.
