The role includes monitoring stock levels, ordering consumables, forecasting demand, prioritising urgent requests, and communicating shortages, delays, or quality issues to prevent disruption. It ensures materials are stored safely and in compliance with regulatory, safety, environmental, and waste management standards, supports safe manual handling practices, and participates in safety activities and audits. Accurate records, reporting, and documentation are maintained to support project planning, productivity, quality, and audit requirements.
