This is a key role within a high-impact team focused on enterprise-wide professional skills development. In this role, youll be responsible for the full lifecycle of learning program developmentfrom needs analysis and strategic consultation to instructional design, delivery, and post-training reinforcement. You'll shape experiences that build capabilities, promote behavioural change, and support the organisations business objectives. This is a 12 month contract role with some possibility of other opportunities or extensions coming up at the end of the contract. The role offers a hybrid working model. Your new job Key duties & responsibilities: Designing professional development programs that cater to a diverse, global workforce. Partnering with senior stakeholders to consult on capability gaps and recommend tailored learning solutions. Creating high-quality assets such as job aids, eLearning modules, facilitator guides, and digital content. Leading end-to-end instructional design using agile ADDIE principles. Innovating across learning modalities including virtual instructor-led training (VILT), eLearning, and in-person workshops. Managing project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships with precision. Evaluating program effectiveness and refining content based on performance outcomes. What are we looking for? 5+ years experience in corporate training, professional services, or education-focused roles. Demonstrated expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, and outcome measurement. Strong consulting skills and the ability to influence senior leadership. Proficiency in digital learning tools and platforms (e.g., Articulate, Adobe, LMS). Experience delivering across multiple formats virtual, in-person, and self-paced. Proven ability to manage complex projects, work cross-functionally, and communicate effectively. Familiarity with learning innovation trends such as microlearning, experiential learning, and reinforcement strategies. Experience with vendor selection and content curation.
