Customer Support & Sales Coordination Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email. Getting and taking sales orders from existing customers. Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment. Providing quotations for customers and maintaining customer price files. Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports. Follow up on quotes, orders, and customer feedback. Maintaining a sales pipeline and a database of current customers. Updating products and trends on social media. ?? Order & Inventory Management Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth deliveries. Monitor stock levels and assist with reordering products when needed. Resolve order issues, delays, or discrepancies efficiently. € Sales Team Support & Administration Assist the external sales team with account management and lead follow-ups. Maintain and update the customer database and CRM system. Prepare sales reports and support marketing activities as required. What Were Looking For: ? Previous experience in internal sales, sales support, or customer service. ? Strong organizational and multitasking skills. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ?
