Job Overview
This is a unique opportunity to secure an Executive role, where you will provide high-level administrative support to senior management. As a highly experienced professional, you will contribute to the success of the organization by managing calendars, preparing documentation, and coordinating communication.
Main Responsibilities
1. Manage complex schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision and professionalism.
2. Prepare engaging agendas, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.
3. Coordinate communication on behalf of senior management with internal departments, stakeholders, and external partners.
4. Draft, review, and manage high-level correspondence and reports.
5. Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and requests with a keen sense of urgency.
6. Attend Senior Leadership Team meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
7. Organize complex international and domestic travel, including visas, accommodations, and itineraries.
8. Assist in planning and executing corporate events, conferences, and board meetings.
9. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
10. Act as a trusted advisor and liaison between senior management and clients.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant at the C-suite level, preferably in a leadership or management capacity.
* Qualification in Administration or a related field.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with tools like Zoom, Teams, or project management software is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Professional demeanor, with a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
