Orange Recruitment are currently seeking a proactive and experienced EHS Advisor to join our clients team in Dublin. As part of one of Ireland's most respected construction companies, you'll play a key role in maintaining their commitment to the highest health, safety, and environmental standards across their active sites.

Responsabilities:
- Implement and monitor company EHS policies and procedures across construction sites
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Identify hazards, investigate incidents, and drive corrective actions
- Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and EHS training to site personnel
- Maintain site EHS documentation, including safety statements and method statements
- Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure ongoing compliance
- Support the development and continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental systems
Requirements:
- A recognised qualification in Health & Safety (e.g. NEBOSH, Diploma, or relevant degree)
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar EHS role, ideally within construction
- In-depth knowledge of Irish health, safety, and environmental legislation
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team-based safety culture
- Full driver's licence and flexibility to travel to various sites within Dublin
