What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver Red Book–compliant valuations for secured lending, financial reporting, and portfolio instructions.
* Prepare high-quality, well-reasoned valuation reports across a broad range of asset classes.
* Analyse market data, transactions, and comparable evidence to support robust valuation advice.
* Undertake property inspections nationwide, gaining wide geographic exposure.
* Build trusted relationships with a high-quality client base.
* Work closely with senior surveyors on complex valuation and advisory instructions.
* Contribute to tenders, proposals, and professional correspondence.

Who This Role Is For
This opportunity will appeal to you if you:
* Are a Chartered Surveyor (SCSI and/or RICS) with 2+ years' post-APC experience.
* Have a strong technical grounding in valuation methodology, regulation, and professional standards.
* Have practical working knowledge of Argus Enterprise and Argus Developer.
* Produce clear, defensible, and commercially sound valuation reports.
* Are ambitious, client-focused, and motivated by high-quality work rather than volume.
* Hold a full, clean driving licence with access to a vehicle.
