We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and management of IT projects and enhancements. As part of our Global PMO team, you will work closely with senior project managers, business analysts, and engagement teams to ensure the smooth running of projects and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Assist in managing IT projects and enhancements, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within scope.
* Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and resource allocation in collaboration with senior project managers and business analysts.
* Track and monitor the progress of projects, identifying any potential risks or delays.
* Participate in regular status meetings and provide updates on ongoing tasks and backlog items.
* Work closely with business analysts and the local engagement team to manage and prioritise the project and enhancement backlog.
* Ensure backlog items are appropriately categorised, scoped, and aligned with business objectives.
* Help coordinate resources and team efforts to address high-priority items in the backlog.
* Support the documentation of project enhancements and collaborate with business analysts to communicate updates to stakeholders.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Assist in facilitating communication between business leads, stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure project objectives are clear and aligned.
* Process Improvement: Collaborate with IT teams to streamline workflows and work processes for project and enhancement delivery.
