About the Role
We're looking for a
CRM & Marketing Lead
to take ownership of our HubSpot platform and drive our global email marketing strategy. This is a hands-on and strategic role, ideal for someone passionate about data-driven, automated, and personalized marketing campaigns.
You'll collaborate closely with marketing, content, design, and paid media teams to maximize HubSpot's potential — improving adoption, creating efficiencies, and delivering outstanding campaign results.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Ownership
* Lead the development and execution of global email marketing strategy, including segmentation, campaign goals, testing, and optimization.
* Own the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring it supports strategic marketing and business objectives.
* Define and implement segmentation strategies for personalized communications.
Campaign Execution
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and deploy global email campaigns.
* Set up and manage marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and engage customers.
* Create and manage HubSpot assets including campaigns, forms, landing pages, and event setups.
Platform Management
* Act as the technical expert for HubSpot troubleshooting, optimization, and integrations.
* Maintain CRM data hygiene and accuracy.
* Partner with Paid Media to build and refine target audiences.
Reporting & Optimization
* Own email marketing performance, including A/B testing and actionable insights.
* Build dashboards and reports to monitor campaign effectiveness.
* Provide regular performance updates to stakeholders.
Collaboration & Training
* Train and support marketing team members to increase HubSpot adoption and proficiency.
* Create process documents and "how-to" guides.
* Collaborate across departments to ensure CRM alignment with broader business initiatives.

Qualifications
* Strong experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation tools)
* Proven track record in email marketing strategy, automation, and CRM management.
* Experience training teams and driving adoption of marketing technology tools.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
* HubSpot certifications (e.g., Marketing Hub, Email Marketing, CRM Implementation) are highly desirable.
