The Role
The Paid Social Manager is the key support resource for Core’s clients in managing paid promotional campaigns through social media platforms. The Paid Social Manager will collaborate with respective teams to develop strategies for paid social promotions and will be responsible for setting up, optimizing, and reporting on social campaigns. 2+ years of digital buying experience is essential, along with excellent knowledge of social platforms and optimization techniques (Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok).
The role requires strong collaboration and communication with the wider Media and Investment teams within Core. A crucial element is the candidate's ability to consistently deliver high-quality output.
Responsibilities / Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The Paid Social Manager owns the responsibility to manage, assist in planning, implement, and optimize a variety of paid campaigns across all social media channels. This includes using digital ad billing tools to coordinate between clients and suppliers. The role is central to the efficient running of day-to-day digital services, including ownership of paid social campaigns, data insights, trend identification, accurate billing, and driving innovation.
The manager will work closely with Media Planning and Investment teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall media strategies, adhering to established processes.
Your Profile
Experience
* 2-3 years of media experience with a proven track record. Knowledge of digital disciplines is beneficial.
* Strong understanding of paid social channels, especially Facebook and Instagram.
* Experience with budget management for paid media campaigns.
* Hands-on experience developing solutions for automation.
* High numeracy and literacy skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Salary Range
€33,000-€44,000 DOE
