The Absolute Hotel are recruiting an experiencedFood and Beverage Team Leader. The Absolute Hotel Food and Beverage Team Leader will work closely with and report directly to the F & B Manager and will be responsible for the day to day management and development of Harry's on the River (Café-Bar-Restaurant) Key roles & responsibilities: Assists in the management of the day to day operation of Food & Beverage Operation, leading by example, to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction. Support and deliver training to team members and actively develop the skills and knowledge of the department as a whole. Ensure all relevant Fire, Health & Safety & HACCP training is carried out along with any other statutory requirements that need to be adhered to. Promotes good working relations between team members and to foster high morale through empowering employees Keep abreast of all relevant customer information to work closely with the bar & restaurant team to adapt service as appropriate. Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and attend meetings when required. Have a visible presence within the hotel ensuring that all customer needs are consistently met. The ideal candidate for this position would possess: Minimum of one years experience in a similar role Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills Standards driven and detail-orientated Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment Flexible with regards to working hour Benefits of working with the Absolute Hotel Meals on duty provided.
