MCS Group are working with a global technology company expanding its R&D function and looking for a Senior/Principal Cloud Dev Ops Platform Engineer to help design, build, and operate modern cloud platforms.
This role is open to both Software Engineers and Dev Ops/Cloud Engineers.
If you enjoy working close to the code, building cloud-native services, and improving reliability, security, and scalability, this could be a strong fit.
Key Responsibilities Build and operate cloud-native platforms and services Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions are secure, stable, and scalable Improve Dev Ops practices through automation, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code Support cloud deployments, releases, and incident response Proactively manage cloud environments and operational readiness Mentor more junior team members The Ideal Person Strong background in software engineering or cloud/Dev Ops Experience working with Azure/AWS/GCPStrong coding skills (C#, Go, Java, Node.js, etc.
