About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Business Analyst
to join our team in Ireland. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, analyse processes, and deliver solutions that drive efficiency and support strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is analytical, communicative, and capable of translating complex business needs into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
* Analyse business processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
* Develop functional specifications, business cases, and project documentation.
* Collaborate with IT and project teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
* Support testing, including preparing test cases and validating outcomes.
* Monitor project progress and communicate status to stakeholders.
* Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
* Present findings and recommendations in clear, concise reports and presentations.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Ireland or EU markets.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in business process modelling and requirements analysis.
* Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.).
* Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
* Professional certifications such as
CBAP

.
* Experience in industries such as technology, finance, consulting, or shared services.
* Knowledge of Irish regulatory or compliance standards.
