The Vacancy
Want to join a leading international, independent real estate consultancy with an all together different approach?
Following another successful year, Hollis' thriving Project Management service is going from strength to strength and we want to recruit a new Project Manager to help with our growth.
This vital role is designed to expand the team and support the delivery of a variety of exciting, innovative projects while nurturing our existing client base.
This position is open to recruits in either our Dublin or Belfast office.
Working directly with our Senior Management team, you will be encouraged, supported, and trusted to get involved with business development in various forms to help maximise our service offering.
We have successfully developed an extensive portfolio of lucrative projects, including city centre high-rise façade remediation works, new build retail and industrial units, Cat A & Cat B office fit-outs, high-end residential amenity space fit-outs and complex laboratory fit-outs.

Main responsibilities
Manage construction projects through all stages of the project lifecycle, from feasibility and design coordination & tendering to completion and handover
Act as the face of Hollis and contribute to the growth of our project management team across various sectors (industrial, office, hospitality, residential, etc.)
Coordinate design teams, contractors and consultants
Chair project meetings, ensuring actions are tracked and closed out
Assist in the preparation and management of project programmes, milestones and reporting
Provide regular progress reports, risk updates and programme forecasts
Administer construction contracts (e.g. RIAI, Public Works Contracts, JCT, etc.)
Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, BCAR and planning conditions
Key requirements
Experience managing construction projects of £/€1 million+ within commercial sectors including offices, retail, industrial, hotels and residential
Good understanding of various procurement routes and construction contracts (e.g. RIAI, JCT, NEC, etc.)
Knowledge of the Irish market and up to date on regulations and compliance
Chartered (RICS, CIOB, APM, SCSI, RIAI) or desire to work towards in the future
Dynamic, forward-thinking, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to take ownership of your work
Full driving licence with access to your own vehicle for travel
