In this role, you devise and implement process & systems solutions that meet the needs of our business. Applying project management methodology to support the completion of key projects, you bring business acumen, as well as superb communication and systems/digital fluency. It is through closely partnering globally with business stakeholders across all of Apple including Services, Sales & Operations and Retail that you identify, prioritise and implement growth initiatives in Emerging Markets (EM).
Responsibilities
Evaluate opportunities with Services (Apple Media Products (AMP) and Wallets, Payments & Commerce (WPC)) in Emerging Markets and contribute to the definition & delivery of a cross‑functional (One Apple) expansion roadmap
Drive alignment across regional teams on approach, focus areas and prioritisation — ensuring global EM strategy translates consistently into regional execution, and that regional insight actively informs global direction
Approach challenges in our Emerging Markets with creativity, new ideas and the ability to communicate effectively
Gain an understanding of the Services (AMP and WPC) activities and marketing functions and how they fit into the broader One Apple expansion roadmap
Project manage multi‑functional process and systems implementations which includes re‑engineering processes for emerging market expansion
Lead the analysis and recommendations of new process and technology needs to develop strategic direction for emerging markets
Leverage AI/ML and emerging technologies to maximise speed and efficiency across end‑to‑end operations in EM contexts
Influence and gain the consensus of partners on approach, priorities, and solutions
Own delivery against milestones — proactively removing blockers, escalating risk early, and maintaining forward momentum across complex, multi‑team programmes
Deliver clear and well‑thought out presentations for buy‑in and alignment
Minimum Qualifications
Extensive experience as Project or Programme manager with proven ability to lead initiatives, drive cross‑functional alignment, and deliver results in complex, matrixed environments
Experience navigating between technical & non‑technical teams
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills — able to influence without authority across boundaries and levels
Experience in Process Simplification and Improvement, systems, tools & emerging technologies to maximize speed & efficiency of our market expansion initiatives
A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities and work across boundaries
A proactive, high‑ownership mindset — you move things forward and hold yourself accountable for outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working across or with regional teams (EMEIA or equivalent), with an understanding of how global strategies land differently across geographies
Experience managing internal and external partner groups at all levels
Experience in ERP systems (SAP preferably), B2B and supply chain technologies
Comfortable working in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments
Degree in any discipline or equivalent industry experience. Project Management, Operations/Supply Chain knowledge, Process expertise
AI/ML new technologies experience also desired
