Our business is seeking an experienced administrator to join their team for a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day support to multiple teams, managing tasks such as letter drafts, meeting preparation materials, data entry and more.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Job Description
* Provide administrative support to multiple teams
* Manage incoming queries, invoices and event logistics
* Support calendar management, presentation preparation and meeting room booking
* Update internal management systems and complete weekly metrics reports
Key Requirements:
* 1-2 years' experience in administration
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
* Suitable third-level qualification or currently working towards higher education
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
