Job Description
We are seeking candidates across Graduate, Engineer/Senior, Principal, and Associate/Associate Director levels to join our Rail team in Ireland and Northern Ireland.
The role covers disciplines including Rail Operations & Planning, Systems Engineering & Safety Assurance, Telecoms & Digital Systems/Digital Engineering, MEP (Rail Stations & Depots), and Project & Design Management.
Responsibilities
Contribute to concept and feasibility studies, detailed design and assurance for new and existing rail assets.
Apply data-driven methods such as simulation and digital engineering to improve safety, reliability and performance.
Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, engaging stakeholders and delivery partners.
Support work winning through proposals, thought leadership and client relationships.
Coach junior colleagues and share best practice.
Qualifications
Relevant degree (or equivalent experience) in engineering, transport planning or a related discipline.
Experience in one or more of the disciplines listed above; rail consultancy or client/contractor background welcome.
A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with strong teamwork and communication skills.
Working knowledge of Irish and/or UK rail standards (desirable).
Progress toward professional accreditation/chartership (or already attained).
