Job Description & Summary
Our Corporate Tax team focuses on tax structuring advice, tax technology solutions and compliance services for Irish headquartered PLCs and large corporates. We work across sectors including food, hospitality, construction, manufacturing and retail, providing innovative solutions to suit client needs. We collaborate with PwC networks to deliver practical tax solutions from strategy to execution.
Responsibilities
* Liaise closely with clients to identify and implement optimum tax solutions.
* Bring business knowledge, innovation and insight to create value for clients and the firm.
* Deepen knowledge of new legislation and tax policy, including the Pillar 2 regime, and support the team’s learning.
* Coach team members and drive the team to deliver results responsibly and with a learning culture.
* Embrace digital transformation; drive technologies in day-to-day business and for clients.
* Promote risk management and compliance procedures.
* Collaborate effectively across geographic and cultural boundaries.

What we do and what this role offers
As a Manager in Corporate Tax, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping clients solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will deepen knowledge of complex tax rules, including Pillar 2 and international tax law. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the items listed above.
About you – Key Competencies & Experience
* At least 4 years' experience in tax consulting/compliance services.
* Strong academic record with a Degree and AITI/CTA qualification or equivalent.
* Business Acumen — ability to extract insights from market trends to help clients make smart, innovative decisions.
* Relationship management — ability to build quality, diverse relationships.
* Creative — ability to contribute new ideas and innovative solutions.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Enthusiastic team player with a passion to coach and develop others.
* Ambitious — commitment to personal learning and development.
