Head of Product
We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to head our product team. This pivotal role shapes the direction of our products, drives innovation and fuels commercial success.
About the Role:
1. Determine the product vision and roadmap that supports ambitious growth targets and market leadership.
2. Establish clear product value propositions and pricing strategies that resonate with customers.
3. Lead the creation of seasonal product lines across key categories ensuring they are distinctive, relevant and on-brand.
4. Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept through development, testing, production and launch delivering quality, fit, sustainability and timelines.
5. Nurture strong relationships with global sourcing partners meeting margin, quality and sustainability objectives.
6. Collaborate cross-functionally with eCommerce, marketing, wholesale and retail teams to align product strategies with campaigns, launches and customer insights.
7. Use data, market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and inspire product innovation.
8. Champion sustainability initiatives and material innovation throughout the product development process.
9. Recruit, mentor and lead a high-performing product team fostering creativity, accountability and results.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years experience developing and scaling product lines in fashion, athleisure or lifestyle sectors.
2. Proven track record of delivering commercially successful product strategies in high-growth environments.
3. Strong commercial acumen with deep knowledge of fit, function, technical fabrics, product sustainability, pricing and category planning.
4. Hands-on experience managing the entire product lifecycle from concept through delivery.
5. Exceptional leadership and team development skills with a collaborative solutions-focused mindset.
6. Passion for product innovation, customer connection and using insights to drive decisions.
