Harpar Grace International is a privately owned, entrepreneurial, dynamic and passionate company founded in 2013, specialising in the development, distribution and management of luxury, cosmeceutical, spa and retail brands.
Business Activation & Education Manager is responsible for new business development & the implementation of company strategies, training & partner development programs across multiple aesthetic and wellbeing sectors.
Working with a luxury results driven portfolio, featuring the highly esteemed cosmeceutical brand; iS Clinical, RevitaLash, coveted LED therapy brand Déesse Pro & Totally Derma nutraceuticals and joining an expert team of established professionals in the sector, the successful candidate will be an integral force behind the ongoing growth of our leading portfolio in this territory.
As the face of our Brands, the Business Activation & Education Manager is a pivotal role to be able to bring expertise and knowledge alive across an omni channel approach. We are looking for a candidate with the energy to deliver top quality events, bringing education to life. With a strong focus on luxury, results driven & advanced offerings, this role boasts exceptional potential for opportunity and reward in line with the company’s growth strategy.
Please note that this position will be known as Business Activation & Education Manager.
Main Roles & Responsibilities
Brand Engagement

Deliver memorable brand experiences on site in clinic locations
Organise & attend account retailing & customer engagement events
Conduct introductory treatment experiences with prospective target accounts
Key driver in team preparation & attendance at industry conferences and events
Develop high quality, engaging content to deliver across our social media platforms
Network across all account channels to support brand penetration & reputation

Training

Develop a thorough understanding and expertise of the portfolio to champion the brands
Deliver training across Ireland to our accounts & staff
Define & deliver training to enhance retailing performance of accounts where identified
Maintain constant dialogue with head trainers in brand head offices to employ best practices
Develop remote training content where appropriate & liaise with accounts to implement
Design & oversee training plan to meet needs of accounts opened & agree timings
Cultivate a family ethos in all those trained and encourage communication and partnership
Maintain daily calendar, call logs, expense reports, business reporting and any other administrative requirements key to the role.

Activation

Proactively identify new potential accounts & identify sales opportunities
Conduct new business meetings, demonstrations, prospective events to convert prospects to new accounts in line with area targets.
Management of a portfolio of accounts across the territory, with an efficient journey plan
Define & implement business plans for accounts to support ongoing growth & target achievement.
Deliver inspiring in clinic training sessions with the account team to expand their knowledge and confidence with recommending the HGI brands.
Plan education power session series to align with growth plans.
Plan and execute in clinic events to support sales growth.
Increase penetration of portfolio, improve ordering frequency and quantity in line with company goals and area targets.
Execute growth initiatives across accounts to include e-commerce platforms, fulfilment solutions, Staff incentive & benefit programmes.
Maintain a relationship with all accounts that inspires loyalty and referrals
Work collaboratively with the Inside sales department and Channel leads to ensure account engagement and needs are met.
Maintain daily calendar, call logs, expense reports, business reporting and any other administrative requirements key to the role
Maintain a broad market and product knowledge base to support excellence

Key Experience & Qualifications Required

At least 3 years solid experience within the Beauty/ Aesthetics industry as a therapist/training manager
Trained therapist up to NVQ Level 3/City & Guilds or equivalent with advanced treatment/modality training preferred
Two or more years of hands‑on experience within an aesthetics education role
Confident and engaging, with a solid ability to communicate, educate, and present to a wide range of people in a variety of environments.
Strong & passionate retail training experience
Experience delivering exquisite & memorable treatment experiences to VIP guests
Strong professional & presentation standards
Confident with IT including CRM systems/power point/outlook/excel.
Hold a full driving licence
Willingness to travel throughout Ireland

Professional and takes pride in appearance at all times
Responsive & adaptive to changing workloads, timelines and outputs required due to the fast moving pace of the industry and brand portfolio
Willingness and ability to travel on a daily basis in line with jointly agreed plan
Located in Ireland
