Maintenance Team Lead
Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, we are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Team Lead to oversee and manage maintenance operations.
* Supervise maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to high standards.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance activities for hotel facilities including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, fire suppression systems etc., ensuring all work is completed in accordance with established procedures.
Ensure that any unauthorized access or tampering with these systems is prevented through effective locking mechanisms.
Manage preventive maintenance schedules to identify potential issues before they become major problems. Regularly inspect buildings and equipment for signs of wear or damage leading towards proactive repair which further minimizes downtime within key operational hours by implementing measures such as lockout/tag-out safety protocols during non-operational periods when possible; minimizing manual labor where feasible while maintaining staff productivity levels upholding efficient quality outputs ensuring smoother customer experience overall success measure.””] ,
