Own creation, submission, and maintenance of product specifications across retailer platforms, ensuring accuracy, legal compliance, and alignment with recipe and nutritional data.
Manage packaging specifications, labeling systems, barcodes, and artwork approvals while supporting production readiness and packaging trials.
Coordinate technical documentation and support cross-functional teams to deliver successful, on-time product launches.
Ensure all products meet food safety, legal, and retailer standards, supporting audits and maintaining quality documentation (QAS).
Maintain accurate data across systems (e.g. SAP), collaborate with internal teams, support HACCP and continuous improvement, and ensure packaging sustainability compliance.
What Skills You Need
Degree in Packaging Technology, Food Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience in a similar role in the food manufacturing industry with strong expertise in customer specification systems.
Skilled in packaging and labeling
In-depth knowledge of food labeling legislation and compliance requirements.
