Due to expansion, O'Connor and Bergin Solicitors are seeking to recruit a part time Legal Secretary in a friendly, busy, predominantly family law firm.
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- Excellent computer skills – knowledge of ‘Keyhouse’ Case Management System preferable, but not essential
- Fast, accurate audio typing and copy typing skills
- Experience with general office administration work, e-filing and filing, preparing briefs for counsel
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team
