About this role
Service Coordinator, LimerickOur client is a leading provider of mechanical contracting services. They are now seeking to recruit a Service Coordinator to work in their service department. Working closely with their team of Service Engineers (Refrigeration and Heating Ventilation AC Units), the Service Coordinator will agree the service schedule on a daily/ weekly/ monthly basis and be responsible for the service system data entry and management. Experience working in a HVAC / Refrigeration / Engineering or Construction environment would be beneficial. This is a key communication and coordination role which entails customer contact and key internal stakeholder contact on a daily basis.
Key responsibilities
Scheduling of service and maintenance contracts with clients and company service engineersResponsible for data entry into service scheduler Control of timely receipt of service engineers check sheet documentationControl of service contract check sheets internally and transfer of check sheets to clientsWork with the stores department to ensure all service and calibration tools are made available for service engineersMaintain holiday tracker for service engineers to ensure resource availabilitySupport management in the implementation of softwareCo-ordinate callouts from clients to the main office Maintain all service contract calibration schedules Report key performance indicators to contract manager
Requirements
Able to plan out schedules and coordinate with the service engineering team Excellent PC skills and experience and proficiency using similar customer type service IT systems. Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
