We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Adobe Business Analyst position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the technology industry.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinating project planning, timelines, and stakeholder alignment across business, IT, and consulting teams.
* Gathering and documenting business requirements, use cases, and success criteria related to Adobe RT-CDP implementation.
* Bridging business and technical teams by translating goals into clear deliverables, dependencies, and project boundaries.
* Supporting the design of data ingestion strategies (batch, streaming, SDK), identity resolution, segmentation, and destination configuration.
* Maintaining comprehensive project documentation and supporting cross-team communication.
* Preparing enablement materials and participating in knowledge transfer to client-side IT and analytics teams.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in MarTech, CDP, or digital experience projects
* Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform, particularly RT-CDP
* Experience working with customer data strategies: identity stitching, segmentation, data governance, and compliance.
* Strong documentation and analytical skills, with ability to translate business goals into technical requirements.
* Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Fluency in English (min.C1)
