Job Title: Site Project Manager
Our client is seeking to recruit a Site Project Manager for projects in the Midlands/Galway region. They are a well-established contractor currently working on several large multi-million energy upgrade projects. They are looking for an ambitious, career-minded individual with prior experience as a Site Manager or Site Project Manager.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
1. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in site construction.
2. Previous experience working on building or energy upgrade projects.
3. Diploma or Degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
4. Candidates with an engineering or trades background will also be considered.
5. Experience in coordinating subcontractors and controlling programmes, including preparing look-ahead programmes to ensure timely project completion.
6. Proven experience in preparing progress reports, chairing site meetings, and being fully computer-literate.
7. Excellent communication skills with clients, architects, and engineers.
8. Familiarity with current Health and Safety Construction regulations.
9. Immediate start; full-time, permanent position based in the West of Ireland.
10. Ability to work effectively within a team and under strict deadlines.
11. Assist with site preparations, consultations, and design issues.
12. Experience in purchasing, programming, and preparing project plans.
13. Attend and contribute to site meetings.
14. Responsible for health and safety on site.
