Job Description
The Senior Event Manager will work closely with the Operations Manager and Director of Food & Beverage to ensure exceptional guest service at all times. Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as Food & Beverage Manager on Duty, providing visible leadership on the floor.
* Overseeing daily operations across conference and banqueting outlets, including managing and mentoring food and beverage teams.
* Supporting all outlets during service to ensure standards are consistently met.
* Assisting with budgeting, cost control, payroll management, and financial reporting.
Our ideal candidate has previous experience in a large five-star hotel or similar high-volume luxury food and beverage operation, with proven leadership ability in conference, banqueting, or event operations. Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills are essential, as well as a flexible, guest-focused approach with a passion for high standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
