HR Business Partner
Dublin City (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Salary up to €80k plus benefits
This well-known Irish Company are adding to their HR Team! It is an exciting time to join, with real change happening. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll support everyday HR needs while also leading and contributing to wider people-focused projects. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and department heads, as well as collaborate with the wider HR team to support and deliver key HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities will include:
* Be a point of contact internally to managers on HR issues
* Provide support and guidance to employees
* Drive performance management, talent development, and succession planning
* Support recruitment
* Ensure consistent handling of employee relations in line with policy and law
* Keep HR policies and practices compliant and up to date
* Stay informed on employment law and best practices
You will have a degree in HR or a related field, along with 3–5 years in a similar HR role.
It is essential that you have strong knowledge of Irish employment law, along with experience of managing grievances and disciplinary processes.
