* Ensure full compliance with Irish Solar PV, ESB Networks, Safe Electric, and electrical legislation across domestic, commercial, and agricultural sectors
* Provide technical documentation, updates, and training to internal teams and external contractors
* Assist in continuous improvement activities, identifying recurring issues and recommending solutions

Here's what we're looking for:

* Strong technical background in Solar PV systems, including hardware, software, system monitoring, and troubleshooting
* Deep knowledge of Irish Solar PV standards, grid connection requirements, and electrical legislation (B2C, B2B, Agri)
* Experience working with installers, contractors, or technical field teams
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical customers
* Proven ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously while maintaining high standards of service
* Strong problem‑solving ability with a methodical and customer‑focused approach
* Competent with digital tools, Solar PV software platforms, and CRM systems

Personal Attributes:

* A can‑do attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Detail‑oriented and committed to quality
* Adaptable in a fast‑paced, growing environment
* A team player with a passion for renewable energy and customer success
