Our client is seeking an ambitious Marketing & Events Manager to shape the voice, visibility, and engagement of their flagship Sustainable Scaling Programme.

The Role Youll own the marketing, communications, and events strategy for a high-profile regional programme, becoming a key connector between ambitious SMEs, partners, and stakeholders.
Your work will include: Driving end-to-end marketing and communications across digital channels Acting as a trusted marketing partner to programme SMEsadvising, supporting, and amplifying their success Designing and delivering engaging events, from workshops and breakfasts to roadshows and innovation clinics Creating compelling content: case studies, impact stories, video, and thought leadership Building brand awareness and strengthening regional and national profile Developing strong partnerships with enterprise agencies, educators, innovators, and industry leaders This role suits someone who loves variety, ownership, and being at the heart of a collaborative business ecosystem.
About You Youre a confident, creative self-starter with a natural ability to connect people and ideas.
Youre comfortable managing multiple projects at once and enjoy working closely with diverse businesses.
Youll bring: 5+ years experience in marketing, events, or communications Strong digital marketing and content creation skills Proven experience delivering professional business events A sharp eye for storytelling and brand-building Confidence working with suppliers, partners, agencies, and entrepreneurs A proactive, results-focused mindset and excellent interpersonal skills Experience within enterprise development, innovation, sustainability, or SME ecosystems is highly desirable.
