Position: Apprentice Estate Agent
Location: Clonmel
Contract Type: Two Year Apprenticeship Program, hopefully leading to Permanent employment.
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Estate Agent to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their skills and kickstart a rewarding career in the property industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Interaction: Assist with property viewings, liaise with buyers and sellers to understand their requirements and provide exceptional customer service.
* Property Listings: Help create and manage property listings on websites and marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and appealing presentation.
* Market Research: Support senior agents in researching local market trends, property values, and neighbourhood data.
* Administration: Assist with managing paperwork and other administrative tasks involved in property sales and lettings. Cover front desk on occasion, meet and greet clients.
* Sales Support: Work alongside experienced agents to help close deals, and learn the art of negotiation and relationship building.
* Training & Development: The successful applicant will work four days per week in our office and attend college (in Cork) one day per week over two academic years. On completion, the successful applicant will qualify for licensing as a Property Services Professional by the PSRA.
About You:
* No Experience Needed: Full training will be provided, though any experience in customer service, sales, or property will be an advantage.
* Excellent Communication Skills: You should be comfortable speaking with clients and colleagues, both in person and over the phone. Discretion and confidentiality a vital requirement.
* Self-Motivated & Ambitious: A drive to succeed, learn, and take initiative in your role.
* Organisational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a busy environment. Good computer skills essential.
* Full Driving Licence : You'll be assisting with property viewings and site visits.
* Team Player: Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative, supportive environment.
