The Hotel Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service and high standards of product quality. As a key member of the hotel team, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of all hotel departments while on duty
* Ensuring consistently high standards of service, product, and customer care
* Anticipating guest needs to enhance satisfaction
* Assisting with management of daily operations, including front-of-house, housekeeping, and food and beverage services
* Prompt resolution of customer complaints and issues
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' management experience in a hotel environment
* Strong operational background, particularly in F&B operations
* Standards driven and detail oriented, with a desire to progress within hospitality
* Ability to lead, multitask, and make sound decisions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
