Job Overview:
Support the Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team in a Supplier Onboarding project, working with suppliers and vendors to facilitate seamless onboarding processes.

* Lead supplier onboarding in new and existing programs
* Manage supplier registration for new and existing vendor financing programs
* Gather key documentation ensuring completeness
* Provide regular updates to stakeholders on onboarding progress and coordinate communication
* Maintain accurate records of supplier information and statuses
* Ensure due diligence controls are performed as per client guidelines and policies
* Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Experience in KYTS/KYC due diligence roles
* Background in Banking Operations or related field
* Strong customer support skills
* Knowledge of due diligence requirements across various entity types
* Ability to handle and manage complex data effectively
* Excellent collaboration and time management skills
Desirable Qualifications:
Business/Finance 3rd level qualification or equivalent is advantageous; knowledge of Trade Finance products can be beneficial but is not essential.
