Restaurant Management Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our Food & Beverage team in a busy hotel. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to grow their hospitality career.
This full-time role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, collaborating with the Head Chef and F&B Manager on menu planning, leading and managing a team of 8–10 staff, managing rostering and departmental financials, ensuring HACCP compliance and delivering an outstanding guest experience through excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversight of breakfast, lunch, dinner and events operations
2. Collaboration with the Head Chef on menu planning
