About Your New Job
* IT Support
: Provide local end-user support for all IT-related manufacturing systems and interfaces, including conference rooms, PC hardware & software, mobile devices, printers, and user accessibility.
* Hardware Management
: Manage the intake of incoming hardware requirements for onboarding users in the European region and ensure proper disposal of obsolete equipment.
* Project Leadership
: Lead and manage local projects, systems, and procedures to meet departmental goals and provide local support to the Infrastructure and Operations team.
What Skills You Need
* Technical Expertise
: Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Endpoint Manager.
* Experience
: Minimum 3 years in a Desktop Support environment, Helpdesk/Service Desk environment, and networks, operating systems, storage platforms, and virtual servers.
* Customer Service
: Strong customer service and client support skills, with the ability to address and resolve complex issues.
