We hire the finest talent to help us unlock the full potential of the Out of Home (OOH) environment for our clients; and pride ourselves on the individuals who represent our business.THE ROLEThe Client Executive plays a key role in supporting a busy client team, working closely with Client Managers across a diverse portfolio of accounts to help plan and deliver OOH campaigns. This role carries responsibility for core campaign administration, collaborating with the wider team and the Hub to ensure smooth and efficient processes.A successful Client Executive is highly driven, proactive in identifying opportunities to promote OOH solutions to clients and agency partners, and consistently reliable. They demonstrate strong attention to detail and take ownership of tasks to ensure high‑quality delivery every time.A DAY IN THE LIFESupport and deliver on all planning functions, working hand in hand with the Client Team.Produce information to ensure the smooth running of accounts including competitive data, market availabilities, and costings.Work hand in hand with The Hub to ensure the smooth running of the implementation of campaigns.Comprehensively understand the media owners, their business and be an internal brand ambassador.Prepare detailed post‑campaign analysis and share with Managers & Directors to deliver quarterly updates and new insights.Liaise with media owners and suppliers and be self‑starting to gain a full insight and knowledge of their out of home portfolios.Build relationships with day‑to‑day media owner contacts.Endeavour to pro‑actively grow and develop clients’ business by proposing new initiatives to Managers & Directors.Have a thorough understanding and utilise all tools and systems.Ensure all Talon insight is read and incorporated into planning process where applicable.Ensure all Planning templates and guidelines are being used – response to brief, proposals, buying reviews/PCAs, etc.Understand Talon philosophy and its specialist business unit’s offerings and communicate them appropriately.Develop and grow industry knowledge through attendance of internal and external training programmes.Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures.Demonstrate proper care and respect for corporate assets.Work to embody the Talon values and behaviours to maintain the best possible culture throughout Talon.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORCommercially aware, on the lookout for new opportunities and ways to generate added value.Ability to influence others internally and externally.Enthusiastic, with a willingness to learn.Looks to further personal development.Proactive and organised.Ability to multi‑task.AS WELL AS1 year media planning and/or office/admin experienceExperience with dealing with clients and suppliersMicrosoft office skills.Talon is an equal opportunities employer.
