This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career and work under the supervision of experienced practitioners.Key Responsibilities:Handling all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold matters.Advising clients on the legal implications of property transactions, reviewing and drafting contracts, and conducting due diligence.Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth completion of transactions.Qualifications:Qualified solicitor, specialising in conveyancing.
