Senior Hotel Coordinator

As a Senior Hotel Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Hotel. You will be responsible for managing and motivating staff, maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety, and delivering exceptional customer service.
\
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Hotel. This includes coordinating the operation of the Hotel during scheduled shifts, managing staff, and upholding high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
\
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a manager in a relevant 3-4 star property and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the operation of the Hotel during scheduled shifts

2. Manage and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service

3. Ensure high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
\
4. Deliver exceptional customer service
\
5. Train staff in coffee, wine, and food items
\
6. Respond to customer queries and complaints
\
7. Lead by example and nurture a positive working environment
\
8. Delegation of responsibilities and maximizing resources effectively
\
9. Ability to work under pressure and maintain a sense of humor
\
10. Highly approachable with excellent people skills
\
11. Strong understanding of business management
