Job Description
A new opportunity has arisen within a leading energy and infrastructure organisation for a Senior Accountant to join its Finance Operations function, supporting financial reporting, governance, and business performance across a large and complex environment.
Responsibilities
Own period-end close and consolidation across group and business units, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Lead statutory audit coordination and act as a key contact for external auditors.
Oversee accounting and reporting controls, ensuring strong governance and compliance.
Drive finance process improvements and support transformation initiatives within Finance Operations.
Requirements
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 2+ years PQE.
Experience in Energy and Infrastructure is desirable.
Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS) and analytical capability.
Confident communicator with experience engaging auditors and senior stakeholders.
Proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a complex environment.
