Lean Practitioner We are seeking a Lean Practitioner to drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. Youll play a key role in boosting efficiency, reducing waste, improving quality, and enhancing safety through Lean tools and methodologies. What youll do: Lead Kaizen events, workshops, and improvement projects Eliminate waste and streamline processes using Lean principles Coach and train teams in problem-solving and Lean practices Partner with operations to sustain improvements through visual management and KPIs Foster a culture of continuous improvement across all levels What were looking for: Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations Management, or equivalent experience Proven manufacturing experience with strong Lean implementation background Lean Practitioner qualification (Black Belt preferred) or equivalent experience.
