Project Lead - Hardware Engineering
This is a key role in driving projects from early design through to validation, certification, and production.
The ideal candidate has:
* An engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or a related field.
* 7-10 years' experience managing technically complex hardware or product development projects.
* A strong understanding of hardware development stages - from prototype through to production readiness.
* A background coordinating cross-functional engineering teams in high-tech sectors (e.g., robotics, aerospace, automotive, advanced hardware).
The responsibilities include:
* Lead the planning and delivery of hardware engineering projects from concept through to production release.
* Manage schedules, roadmaps, budgets, and resourcing for multiple workstreams.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, firmware, manufacturing, test, and supply chain.
