Sr. Culinary Manager
Busy gastro pub restaurant seeks a Sr. Culinary Manager to lead the kitchen team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of chef work experience and expertise in professional cookery, kitchen supervision, and health and hygiene procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Menu writing and cooking food to order.
* Supervising kitchen service and helping with staff training.
* Ordering and maintaining kitchen health and hygiene standards.
The job is a full-time permanent position with 40 hours per week. The salary is €40,000 per annum.
The location is Carrownaglogh, Nenagh Co. Tipperary.
