Overseeing a group of waiting persons in your section, the role of the Chef de Rang includes: Maintaining an efficient communication with the management and the team. Carrying out training for new team members. Recognising VIP and regular guests. Taking and handling reservations and phone calls as per Merrion policy. Maintaining a positive attitude to guide the team through service. Hours of work can be up to 39 per week. Shift work and weekend work is required.
