The successful candidate will be responsible for:Taking orders over the phone, via email and through voicemail.Processing orders for the required delivery day.Handling customer queries and providing timely resolutionsCommunication with various departments to answer customer inquiries effectively.Key Responsibilities:Answering incoming calls and emails promptly and courteouslyProcess customers orders with attention to detail and accuracy.Address customer questions and concerns, providing clear and helpful responses.Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and issue resolution.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.General Data entry.Ideal Candidate will have:Excellent verbal and written English.Polite and professional phone manner.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
