People Partner – Europe
The People Partner – Europe reports to the Senior People Director – Europe and works closely with both European and global HR teams, as well as cross‑functional partners such as Finance, Payroll, and Legal. The role collaborates with external HR partners and service providers, supporting the HR needs of managers and employees across the allocated countries and ensuring a high‑quality HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with HR leadership to understand business needs across Europe and support day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring a positive employee experience.
Manage the full employee life cycle: hiring, onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, compensation and benefits administration, absence management, employee data management, employment law compliance, and employee relations.
Maintain data integrity by organizing, uploading, and managing employee information in HR systems.
Act as a liaison between Shared Services (HR, Finance, Legal) and other internal partners to provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
Ensure compliance with authorities and external partners related to Compensation & Benefits, social security, global mobility, and taxes.
Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs and assist staff with related questions.
Administer human resource programs such as leaves, disciplinary matters, disputes, investigations, performance, talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, and development.
Create and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Plan, coordinate, and implement initiatives and surveys to support organizational strategy.
Stay informed on HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and technologies, communicating updates to upper management.
Oversee onboarding and offboarding experiences for employees.
Support international mobility and relocation processes for internal and external candidates.
Assist stakeholders through sensitive conversations and transitions.
Lead HR initiatives such as training, performance management, diversity, inclusion, and engagement surveys.
Act as an ambassador for the company’s cultural beliefs, supporting internal communication and employee engagement activities.
Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through inclusive behaviors and bias management.
Assume additional duties as assigned.
Expectations
Travel: normally none required, though it may vary.
Hours: full‑time, Monday to Friday during standard working hours.
Requirements
5–10 years of HR operations experience, including 3–5 years in an international environment.
Proven experience with employment laws in multiple European countries (UK, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Finland).
Fluency in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and project leadership across multiple data sources.
Experience in fast‑paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor‑level degree.
Training in People Partner, Labor Legislation, Compensation & Benefits, or Social Security is highly appreciated.
