Career Vision Recruiters are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager for a prestigious 4-star deluxe hotel in Cork. This is a key leadership role, responsible for delivering a proactive and professional HR service to support the hotels strategic goals while fostering a positive, high-performance workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage all HR policies and procedures in line with employment legislation and company standards. Partner with the General Manager and Heads of Department to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from advertising roles to onboarding new employees. Oversee training and development programmes to ensure continuous staff growth and skill enhancement. Provide guidance and support to management and staff on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters. Manage HR administration, including contracts, personnel files, payroll liaison, and compliance reporting. Monitor employee engagement, implement retention strategies, and promote a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with all health & safety and employment law requirements. Act as a trusted point of contact for all HR-related matters, maintaining confidentiality at all times. The Successful Candidate Will Have A minimum of 3 years HR management experience, preferably within a 4* or 5* hotel or high-volume hospitality environment. CIPD qualification or equivalent (desirable). In-depth knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. Proven ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion.
