The Programme:
Participants will undergo 4-6 rotations across different departments, including:
* Human Resources Management
* Talent Acquisition and Development
* Internal Communications and Engagement
* HR Information Systems
* Employer Relations and Partnerships
* Air Operations Base Management
One rotation will take place abroad, providing you with a unique cultural experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible, you must hold a minimum 2.1 degree and be due to graduate soon.
