We are seeking an experienced nurse to fill the role of Assistant Director of Nursing at a respected nursing home in Donegal. This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinical leader who can bring their expertise and passion for compassionate care to our team.
The successful candidate will have current NMBI registration, leadership experience at CNM or ADON level, and a strong understanding of HIQA standards and clinical governance. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to lead by example, and foster a positive environment that supports both residents and staff.
