Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join the Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT) in Donegal. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with complex needs, working closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, family-centred care.
Responsibilities
* Provide social work support and interventions to children with disabilities and their families.
* Undertake assessments and develop care/support plans.
* Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary CDNT to ensure a child- and family-focused service.
* Advocate on behalf of children and families to ensure access to supports and services.
* Maintain accurate case records in line with professional standards.
Requirements
* A recognised qualification in Social Work.
* Current registration with CORU as a Social Worker.
* Experience working with children, families, or disability services is desirable.
* Strong communication, teamwork, and advocacy skills.
* Full driver’s licence and access to a car desirable.
