Job Description
Freshly Chopped Limited, 1st Floor, 13–15 Main Street, Fairview, Dublin, D03 R5C8, is currently recruiting a proprietor/operations manager to join its busy team at Chopped Swords, Kiosk 19A(I), located at the above address.
Responsibilities
* Devising and implementing an in‑store marketing plan in accordance with company guidelines.
* Completing a weekly Chopped audit and filing back copies for inspection.
* Purchasing or directing the purchase of supplies and arranging for preparation of accounts.
* Verifying that the quality of food, beverages and waiting service meets required standards, and that kitchen and dining areas are kept clean and in compliance with statutory hygiene requirements.
* Liaising regularly with Senior Management and Human Resources regarding staffing issues.
* Recording weekly food, beverage & non‑consumable purchases, ensuring weekly purchasing budgets are not exceeded.
* Determining staffing, financial, material and other short‑ and long‑term requirements and ensuring they are adhered to.
* Ensuring the highest standards of hygiene are maintained and that Chopped Food Safety Management System is strictly adhered to, including maintaining temperature records.
* Recording and managing all employee hours weekly on the payroll return, including management of holidays, hours owed, and ensuring compliance with the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997.
Qualifications
Minimum of two years of relevant experience working in a similar role.
Compensation & Hours
Remuneration €34,000 per year, 39 hour working week.
